We offer 1 year, 2 year or 3 year contracts. By engaging in a multi-year agreement, you ensure the most cost-efficient plan.
However we can also offer ad-hoc works for those seeking one-off repairs and don't require a contract. Please get in touch on 01236 829897 or enquiries@inexworks.co.uk to find out more.
If required, we can visit your grounds to conduct a full site survey and talk through your requirements in detail.

By having a contract in place, your site will remain tidy and well maintained. However, we can offer an ad hoc blitz option which we would be happy to provide a quote for. Just call us on 01236 829897 or email enquiries@inexworks.co.uk to discuss your requirements.
We can offer Summer/high-growth month only contracts if required.
You can engage with us for a weed-management contract only or you can get a quote which would include weed management, grass cutting, strimming and litter picking. Following our site survey, we can offer recommendations.
We will always try to accommodate site visits pre-inspections to ensure your site looks its best.
Yes. We offer bundled contracts which include Winter gritting, Grounds Maintenance and Gully Cleaning - or any combination of all three.
We offer ad hoc drainage system services should that best fit your requirements. However, we do often recommend a contract to ensure regular preventative maintenance is carried out which can be more cost effective in the long term.
Your drainage system is always going to be best served by having regular Gully and/or Channel Drainage cleaning. However, to minimise the potential for blockages and thus minimise the time and tonnage costs (and potentially costly future repairs) there are other preventative measures which can be taken on a contract basis which we often recommend. Your best value can be found with an all-encompassing package but we have options to suit all budgets, including the following services:
Regularly Scheduled Gully Cleaning and Channel Drainage (EG ACO Channel) Cleaning - This contract also includes a site survey at the time of servicing. Any concerns will be evidenced and proactively fed back to you.
Summer Weed Control Plan with Regularly Scheduled Visits for Herbicide Treatment - This treatment will keep hardstanding areas around gullies free from weeds, which when treated can prevent blockages at the grating end of the gully and allow water to drain freely.
Regular Site Road Sweeping
Grounds Maintenance Contract - This includes Herbicide Treatment, Tree Pruning and some Litter Picking and Leaf Collection.
Winter Gritting & Ploughing Contracts - These can be bundled with Drainage Maintenance and Grounds Maintenance for maximum economic efficiency.

Yes. This is not uncommon and we offer all manner of reactive services from clearing blockages to replacing Channel Drainage (EG ACO Channel) to repairing damaged tarmac and raised metalworks around gullies. If you are not sure where the problem is originating, we can conduct a full investigation to find out for you.
We have many customers with specific standards and specialised regulatory needs across all of our services. We will happily customise a programme to ensure compliance and fit your requirements.
Get in touch today on 01236 829897 or email enquiries@inexworks.co.uk to discuss how we can help. Just let us know how many gullies you have on-site or send us your site drainage plan with details on when they were last maintained, and we can provide you with a customised no-obligation quote.
If you don't have the information above, we can still provide you with a budget quote and advise you if we discover any issues.
We would schedule a complimentary site visit where we will discuss the proactive requirements and conduct a survey to identify any reactive needs which may be evident. This is the most economical long-term plan as it will minimise the risk of significant infrastructure repair costs in the future.

Because you have a responsibility, liability, and you want to keep your wheels of commerce moving. Fees For Intervention (FFI) Costs, Appendix H and the revenue lost in previous harsh winters have highlighted the importance of having a robust plan.
Simply throwing down salt yourself could be ineffective.
Salt is used as a de-icer based on the principles of the ocean where the perfect balance of salt and water keeps the brine from freezing unless at exceptionally low temperatures. Just throwing salt down will not provide that balance; there is a science to it. Too much salt and you exponentially increase salt’s harmful influence on the environment, your landscaping and equipment. Too little and it’s entirely ineffective.
Inex operate on a Winter contract beginning October 15th and concluding April 15th.
