Groundswork Supervisor

£20,000.00 – £23,000.00 per year

Full-time, Permanent

Experienced  Ad-Hoc Groundswork Supervisor required urgently by Cumerbauld based company due to on-going expansion, to work on variety of projects throughout the central belt. Candidates must hold SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) Certification, Full UK driving license and CSCS Card.  Additional tickets held also advantageous, as is either class 2 driving license or CPC. Minimum 5 years supervisory experience essential, with an all round knowledge of all aspects of ground works.

Projects vary in length and type, all on an ad-hoc maintenance base and covering tarring, concreting, mono-blocking, drainage, kerb repairs, landscaping - all on commercial sites.

Hour of Working are 40 per week over Monday-Friday, with flexibility required, payable monthly in arrears. Salary advertised is negotiable, dependent upon experience.

Annual leave commencing at 28 days per annum (inc 5 public holidays) rising to 32 days on length of service.

Position will be employed on a permanent basis.

Candidates will ideally reside within maximum 20 miles from our base.

Position will also be linked to inclusion in winter maintenance program throughout the winter season, carrying out gritting and snow clearing on a rotational basis at the rate of £20.00 per hour (outwith core contracted hours).
